Strictly Come Dancing finalist, Danny Mac, will play Gabey, made famous by Gene Kelly in the 1949 film. Completing the sailor trio will be Jacob Maynard and Samuel Edwards, along with Siena Kelly, Lizzy Connolly and Miriam-Teak Lee as the ladies who show them the sights and win their hearts. Maggie Steed, Albert Square’s newest resident in EastEnders, takes on the formidable Madame Dilly, with Naoko Mori as the comedic Lucy Schmeeler. “New York New York, it’s a helluva town!” – and this will be one helluva show!
