Every week, we receive many emails with interesting questions and concerns from our GMD customers. For this particular post, we decided to round up this week’s most popular questions with personalized answers from our CEO, Anna Bance, in order to make your renting experience a more enjoyable one, and so you don’t find yourself dressless for this summer’s most glamorous occasions.
1. Can I take my dress on vacation with me?
Yes you can! Our dresses have traveled to many different countries, more than I have to be honest, and although the price to rent the dress will increase slightly, you can rent the dress for a longer period of time and send it back to us once you get back home. Think of it this way, you can own the dress for longer and wear it multiple times! If you want to borrow a dress for longer than 7 nights, email us at enquiries@girlmeetsdress.com with the dates and names of dresses.
2. Do I have to clean my dress after I wear it?
No, we take care of the cleaning once you send the dress back to us, so don’t worry and enjoy your Cinderella night! We simply ask that you take care of the dress as if you borrowed it from a friend.
3. I need my dress for this weekend? Do you do speedy delivery?
Yes we do! If you need a dress for a last minute event this is no problem. As with every order – once the dresses leave us – they are on a Next Day UK delivery service. Fear no more about time and deadlines. Â We even have a Same Day delivery service within London!
